Friendly reception upon arrival, from both staff members. Felt very comfortable throughout and fell asleep during the treatment. This meant that Ellie was doing an amazing job.
Giving constructive feedback: By the time set up was completed and I went to the ladies, it meant that the starting time was around 10/15 minutes later than appointment time. We finished on time, which meant that I lost 15 minutes and only received a 45 minute treatment, which should have been an hour.
