Having been ill I treated myself to a facial with Taylor .She made me feel welcome and a valued client. She explained each step she was taking and gave me the advice I asked for. She appeared to take a genuine interest in my answers to her questions and I felt very relaxed.
The cubicle was small- I am 5’9” and my feet were touching the wall. The only other negative was the noise of people talking and going upstairs coming through the wall from next door.
However I would not hesitate to rebook!

I had Ellie Gibbs for eyebrow threading and Taylor Jenner for waxing on 14th February 2026. They were new to me, but both were excellent. They were welcoming, attentive, and very professional, making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. I have been coming consistently because the service never disappoints, and I am always well looked after. Ellie and Taylor both provided great care, achieved lovely results, and created a calm, friendly experience that I truly appreciated.
