I am currently training for a marathon and attended OMH Therapies for a sports massage with Timea to help ease the stiffness in my legs and generally promote recovery and flexibility. I felt that the whole experience and the massage was excellent. I thought Timea was professional and knowledgeable while also having an approachable and friendly manner. During the massage I could feel the pressure being applied to the knots and tight areas of tissue and I felt confident that this was a proper sports massage and would be beneficial to my training and general wellbeing. I will certainly be returning.
