Stefan was great and focused on my problem areas, I feel so much better. He also gave me great advice for going forward to prevent strain.

Lovely place and skilled staff but I just wasn’t a big fan of this type of massage (Aruveydic yoga) it turned out. Others might love it. Room was a tad cold too (though, to be fair, I could have said and they would have put heaters on).
