The therapist was good and clearly knew his stuff but the room was soooo cold I really couldn’t relax and enjoy the treatment at all. My hands and toes were frozen the entire time and when I asked if the heating could be turned up the therapist said it was on as normal. There didn’t seem to be heated blankets as you get in other massage places. Real shame as it was a treat I had been looking forward to and I don’t feel it was now good value or all that enjoyable and yet such a simple thing to fix! Home now and still trying to warm up!
