Best deep tissue massage I have had in a long time. It was painful, but a good pain and my body feels so incredibly relaxed now. loved it. tightly recommend.

tl;dr: it's great - I had a deep tissue massage with Tímea and I recommend both the venue and Tímea very highly.
The whole experience was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I've known of OMH Therapies before as I got my boyfriend a massage gift from them, and when I decided to try it out myself, I was not disappointed. The ambience was lovely and calming, with nice naturally flavoured water to greet me. The massage room was discrete and nicely decorated and even... the massage table was warm (!) due to heated blanked. As per massage - well, I've had some of those in my life but this was absolutely best massage in my life. It was deep tissue massage, so quite strong - but that's how I like my massages. I felt that Tímea took care of every single muscle in my body (even the ones I didn't know could be tense!). In short - I recommend it very highly.

All the staff were very courteous, over the phone as well as in person. Lemon water was offered both before & after the massage. I liked Stephano, the 1st time so much I came back for an hour and a 1/2 session the next day. Stefano was not only an expert, but a great source of spiritual calm. I am a minister so that is important. As for the therapeutic treatment, I will also say that after I got off a long plane flight from the Western United States I was very stiff and sore. But after my second massage therapy appointment with Stefano I was able to walk at a good clip, and even able to walk uphill to a concert that evening without my knees hurting. I am 60, and this is without a doubt the best massage therapy experience I have had to date. I use amassage therapist that I love regularly to keep me limber so my compliment comes from experience.
