The lady who did my facial was nice and polite but the owners are extremely rude, my mother also had appointment with them and she asked them something they asked my mother to sit down and never asked her what she wanted to ask. Also requested me to reschedule the appointment because she did not have products. And promised she will give us 25% each and then next day she denied 25% and said she will give us 20% total not even each after little debate she agreed for 25% each.

The stylist was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the haircut. At first, I wasn’t completely sure, but after I got home and washed my hair, I noticed that one side was noticeably longer than the other. Unfortunately, the haircut looked uneven and did not meet my expectations. I felt that I could have achieved a similar result myself at home. While the customer service was pleasant, I was not satisfied with the haircut itself.
