The stylist was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the haircut. At first, I wasn’t completely sure, but after I got home and washed my hair, I noticed that one side was noticeably longer than the other. Unfortunately, the haircut looked uneven and did not meet my expectations. I felt that I could have achieved a similar result myself at home. While the customer service was pleasant, I was not satisfied with the haircut itself.
