The whole experience felt a bit rushed, I kept getting splashed in the face while my hair was being washed, and my hair ended up shorter than I expected.
Also their Service Details note on Treatwell states that "Long hair is defined as no shorter than the shoulder blades", but at the salon I was told that long hair is anything longer than the tops of the shoulders.
Fortunately my hair will grow back and I can go to a different salon next time

It was the first time I'd had foils, but Christina knew exactly what to choose. I also have the best haircut I've had since moving to London last year. Christina really listened to what I wanted and I have exactly what I asked for. The salon is small and quirky but the staff are friendly: and wine with a great haircut is all you need!

Very happy with the result. Highlights are super natural and Emile was super fast and professional.
The woman who removed the foils and did the wash was a bit rough. Overall very happy for the pirce.
