The whole experience felt a bit rushed, I kept getting splashed in the face while my hair was being washed, and my hair ended up shorter than I expected. Also their Service Details note on Treatwell states that "Long hair is defined as no shorter than the shoulder blades", but at the salon I was told that long hair is anything longer than the tops of the shoulders. Fortunately my hair will grow back and I can go to a different salon next time
