Salon is old and a bit dusty - and I found the whole experience rushed and unfriendly. Be clearer on how you class long/medium hair and stick to your guidelines! They also tried to say I hadn't booked a blow dry when I definitely had. This then meant the last part of the treatment was rushed and I didn't feel like I could ask for anything other than a normal straight dry.
