Awful. Booked this because of the apparently glorious ratings. This was the worst haircut I’ve ever had and left in tears. I wanted a straight cut with one layer I’m trying to grow out. He put uneven layers in, then when I was upset at the end said he couldn’t understand why. Now I’m going to have to go get it fixed somewhere else which makes this an expensive mistake now.
