I was given a towel to cover my face because of the fumes and it was horrible. My eyes were watering, my throat was sore and the hairdresser had to wear a mask! I've had a lot of keratin treatments and never had this. I was told this was a keratin treatment and didn't use the dangerous chemicals of a Chemical Straightening but I don't think it was the right one as I've never had it like that before. It was awful. HOWEVER, my hair is straighter after it and I'm happy with the results but the actual treatment was awful.

He thinned my hair - in what universe would i possibly want that? It will take years to grow out this damage - have been crying every time i do my hair

The consultation was very thorough and she gave me the exact hair cut I wanted! Overall really pleased with the result. It was a shame that the lady I had was only there for the day. Would’ve loved to come back to her
