Venue was manic and so dirty. The towel I was given for my hair was stained and used. Horrible. The hairdressers were running around frantically. Very stressful experience.

Booked the 'Ladies' Wash, Haircut, Blow Dry & Luxury Conditioning Mask Treatment' package, however they did not do the luxury conditioning mask treatment. Also, i have purchased the package for long hair, but was told on the day that I need to pay extra as my hair is longer.

I was given a towel to cover my face because of the fumes and it was horrible. My eyes were watering, my throat was sore and the hairdresser had to wear a mask! I've had a lot of keratin treatments and never had this. I was told this was a keratin treatment and didn't use the dangerous chemicals of a Chemical Straightening but I don't think it was the right one as I've never had it like that before. It was awful. HOWEVER, my hair is straighter after it and I'm happy with the results but the actual treatment was awful.
