Staff were very friendly but understaffed. The hair washing facilities were uncomfortable and the towels etc were very old. The staff made the visit. Blowdry was rushed as there were other people waiting.

The store front looks unappealing, but I couldn’t fault georgina who cut my hair. Excellent hair wash and condition, and she gave brilliant advice on how I should cut my hair.
