I wasn't informed beforehand that the appointment was moved to their other salon which was a little frustrating and the appointment didn't start until half an hour later as staff had to come over as well and were later than me. That said, the hair colouring was exactly as I wanted and great blow dry.

All in all, a decent blow dry but they don’t make the hair lengths clear enough so I got charged more than I anticipated.

Due to water repairs within the soho salon, I was well informed to go to the Covent Garden salon. It was extremely busy but totally understandable. Emile was really attentive and knew exactly what I wanted. He did an great job with my hair. Definitely my regular place!!
