All in all, a decent blow dry but they don’t make the hair lengths clear enough so I got charged more than I anticipated.

Due to water repairs within the soho salon, I was well informed to go to the Covent Garden salon. It was extremely busy but totally understandable. Emile was really attentive and knew exactly what I wanted. He did an great job with my hair. Definitely my regular place!!

Worst haircut I’ve ever received. Filthy salon, bad customer service, highly doubt they are actually qualified hairstylists. DO NO BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! To start the hairdresser put the treatment on my hair, said she would be back in 5mins. Went and sat down and started looking at her phone and talking with her colleagues, didn’t return for at least 10mins.
Then when it came to the actual haircut, she refused to listen to me about where a part my hair, and just parted it straight down the middle, despite my objections. She then did a terrible cut, I have fine, straight hair and I asked for a bob, very simple, but I think I could have done a better job myself with craft scissors. Afterwards she boasted that she took off less than I asked, I don’t know why you would be proud of not doing what the customer asked for.
Finally when she went to do the blow dry, the brushes were disgusting. She made a half attempt to scrape clumps of hair of the filthy brushes before she started, but it was obvious hygiene was not a priority. The whole salon was similar, run down and dirty, nothing like the pictures. When she couldn’t get my hair to sit right, she just covered me with hairspray, further showing an enormous lack of skill.
I picked this salon because it was in a good area, the pictures looked nice, decent reviews and said I was getting 50% off. The prices on their window stated that I actually wasn’t getting a discount, that what I paid was actually the going rate. The overall experience was terrible in every way. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
