Emile at the Soho branch was excellent. Super happy with the exceptionally clean and straight cut desired. This is my third visit to Gusto and just like the first time I left feeling like a new woman with FAB hair! Excellent Salon and friendly Staff (even booked my mother in on the second visit / she loved it too). Thanks Gusto.. mostly, thanks Emile!

So pleased with my hair, Christina did a wonderful job and took a lot of care with my hair. The salon was being refurbished so was kind of disorganised, but I can’t fault the service and will definitely book again.

Unorganised, strong smell of fresh paint, not clean and no one offered a drink. While I understand it was because they just had a refurbishment but still I think it could have been organised in a more professional way. While the haircut and highlights where ok but do not expect an amazing result .
