Pleased with my highlights, however poor staff communication on pricing of the treatment and paid more than expected, also did not feel welcomed by the hairdresser.

Staff are very very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately haircut was bad as stylist is not experienced/knowledgable enough in cutting my preferred hairstyle. I like her as a person because she is really nice, but sadly not as a hairdresser :(

Booked haircut, treatment n blow dry service for ..£32 ....the treatment wasnot luxury as its stated as it was just 5 min with no massage or anything....the haircut result is not anything like i have communicated....not very satisfied...
