I had an appointment after work so I expected time to be a little tight anyway for highlights, a cut, conditioning treatment (which I never received) and blowdry and the end of the session was certainly rushed. I also wasn't offered anything to drink when I came in or any magazines, or a toner which I thought I needed. The upside was my highlights were decent, the cut pretty OK and my stylist quite friendly but I wouldn't go there again. I didn't feel taken care of in any real way and i think that's part of the experience of going to a salon.

I always go to this salon, great value , centrally located and the staff are always friendly. The salon itself is pretty basic but it’s the end result that counts
