This has to be the best salon in town, in my opinion anyway. Always have the most amazing experiences there, very welcoming indeed and love to pile on the drinks. But I tend to go for my colours and that's what they excel at, far and beyond anywhere else I've visited.

Disappointed by the result and was charged a further £15 for a mediocre fade up. I was also told that the treatment could not be completed midway during the treatment because my hair was too short and that the ghd was too large for my hair length. This is certainly not the case. When I pointed out areas that were incomplete - I was told that my hair was curly there. So all in all will not be returning to Gusto. Also the salon image used in the advert are not an accurate representation.

Pleased with my highlights, however poor staff communication on pricing of the treatment and paid more than expected, also did not feel welcomed by the hairdresser.
