Joseph gave me the Brazilian blow dry - great service, he explained every step to me and was generally very attentive throughout my visit. I've just washed my hair for the first time after the 48 hour wait after the treatment - frizz is gone, only soft waves, and smooth shiny hair that isn't getting tangled or knotted like it used to.
