Joseph gave me the Brazilian blow dry - great service, he explained every step to me and was generally very attentive throughout my visit. I've just washed my hair for the first time after the 48 hour wait after the treatment - frizz is gone, only soft waves, and smooth shiny hair that isn't getting tangled or knotted like it used to. My unruly hair has been tamed. Thanks Joseph!

Enjoyable and on time! The only thing is that the hair stylist tugged on my hair so it felt a bit uncomfortable. Other than that I really liked my natural highlights though it can be more obvious.
