The appointment said it would take 45 mins but took well over an hour and a half, I had to wait 15 mins to be seen, I was left at a basin with a hair mask on for 30 mins while the stylists finished other clients haircuts. The hairdresser started cutting my hair, forgetting to put a shoulder mat on, so hair went all down my back, she caught my earring with her comb which flew out across the floor, all I asked for was a straight round cut - couldn't be simpler yet it's been cut wonky and was badly styled, didn't received a proper blow-dry and despite being offered hairspray and saying yes she forgot to spray my hair, I had to ask as I was leaving. I was the last client of the day and just felt like the hairdresser wanted to go home. Worst haircut ever and I am not one to leave bad reviews!!

I previously got a Brazilian Blowdry in November with Joseph which is the best one I’ve had to date and this is my second time getting it with Joseph and I’m beyond happy with the results. Joseph really took care of me and explained everything again thoroughly! He even went over closing time to ensure all of my hair was done properly and didn’t rush anything. My hair, now washed, is smooth and straight - it has also (unexpectedly) removed a lot of damage two bleach sessions had cause the week prior which I’m over the moon about. Will defo be a regular of Joseph’s! Thanks Gusto.

Great value for money. Unfortunately can't give 5 stars but would certainly return. The stylist was 20 mins late which wasn't a huge deal and they were very apologetic, but if they had called me I could have done some shopping beforehand - as I was then tight for time after! Also hair is blonder than I asked for - but still looks good. Stylist was amazing and so helpful with hair advice. I'll be back!

Where shall I start? The hairdresser I had didn’t know how to hold a hairdryer or straighteners... maybe she wasn’t used to treating men’s shorter hair - but I literally had to take the hair straighteners from her and style my own hair.
The information on the website (stating hair can be washed within 1hr after treatment) was not what I was told at the venue (was told not to wash hair for 48hrs). I asked a few questions about the product used and she either couldn’t answer or was very vague about it.
At one point two of the stylist in the salon started arguing with each other in front of paying customers - very unprofessional.
I paid £55 for the treatment but then saw the same thing advertised on the salon website for £45 - but because I prepaid through Treatwell, I couldn’t get the difference refunded, so clearly I got a bad deal.
I will not be going back.
