Very satisfactory experience for £32, fine haircut in a pleasant atmosphere. I don't think I got a conditioning treatment though (included in the price).

Looks a bit shabby, there was hair on the chairs in the small waiting area, and not a very warm welcome by the staff. I had to wait for a while to get my hair washed and didn't feel like I was being paid much attention. My hair looks fine in the end but the stylist seemed pretty uninterested in the whole transaction. So, not a disaster, fine if you have a very basic need to be met, but I won't be going back.
