Where shall I start? The hairdresser I had didn’t know how to hold a hairdryer or straighteners... maybe she wasn’t used to treating men’s shorter hair - but I literally had to take the hair straighteners from her and style my own hair.
The information on the website (stating hair can be washed within 1hr after treatment) was not what I was told at the venue (was told not to wash hair for 48hrs). I asked a few questions about the product used and she either couldn’t answer or was very vague about it.
At one point two of the stylist in the salon started arguing with each other in front of paying customers - very unprofessional.
I paid £55 for the treatment but then saw the same thing advertised on the salon website for £45 - but because I prepaid through Treatwell, I couldn’t get the difference refunded, so clearly I got a bad deal.
I will not be going back.
My hair appointment had started and half way through they are discussing price. The hairdresser doing my hair was rude and put the hair dryer down as if she was not going to continue by hair until I paid. I had no problem paying the extra for longer hair, it was simply her attitude and that the last time I attended (a few months back) I had been booked in for medium hair and had no issues. The receptionist was very nice and explained well. The only issue was with the hairdresser who completed my hair, without smiling once and without an ounce of customer service skills.
