Haircut wasn't as I described, and I got a fairly basic cut instead; I had no hair conditioning mask which was part of the package but salon and staff were quite nice.

Receptionist was not very friendly but other than that ambience was great. The hair stylist I had was very thorough with her work. She spent a while at the start asking me what I would like and explaining what she was doing throughout the process.
