For £41 it’s okay Was shocked to find my hair length was very long but o well. Staff were nice I was very happy with the cut and style after. Only pet peeve I have was the sanitary conditions. Dirty brushes with other people’s hair on it used in mine eww. No sanitary liquid to sterilise scissors and brushes. If that’s not an issue then I would go again

I’ve been visiting this salon for over 3 years and always leave very positive reviews. However on this visit my experience was terrible. The stylist firstly refused to believe I would have a colour card despite one being filled out on previous occasions for me. I was then left with my colour on for too long as the stylist was also serving someone else. I had my colour rinsed and was asked to vacate the basin seat by the person who rinsed, at which point my stylist asked me why I had left as she wanted to add the toner. I apologised and explained I was asked to move, to which she didn’t respond. Then my toner was only left on for 2 minutes. All resulted in my hair being white blonde, not honey coloured as previous. I’ve now been called grey by everyone who’s seen me this weekend. I’ll have to pay to visit another salon to sort it out. Really upset as this has been a trusted favourite. They seem to be packing in too many appointments though. Don’t visit.
