Not a very pleasant experience. After repeatedly mentioning I did not want very light hair or to go blonde, that is exactly what what’s done. Blonde, that too in patches. My hair looks bleached. After expressing I didn’t like the start blonde look and especially one part that looked like a patch, I was told, after a few days go to another parlor (I live outside the uk) and tell them to use a toner.
No intention to repair or improve.

Staffs are friendly and chill. After a short consulting about the style, they washed, blowed, cut my hair. The result is exactly what I wanted. very effective and quick. Def come over again.
