They were quite busy so it took slightly longer than normal, but the staff were working as best as they could and it was a bank holiday which I appreciate. The staff are brilliant and really give the best advice especially for hair colouring.

Not a very pleasant experience. After repeatedly mentioning I did not want very light hair or to go blonde, that is exactly what what’s done. Blonde, that too in patches. My hair looks bleached. After expressing I didn’t like the start blonde look and especially one part that looked like a patch, I was told, after a few days go to another parlor (I live outside the uk) and tell them to use a toner.
No intention to repair or improve.
