Do not attend this salon! If you’re looking for a cosy place with friendly hairdressers , do not come here. I was very disappointed not only with the tiny salon that steamed of bleach but also of the experience with Joseph, the hairdresser. Joseph was unprofessional and rude, let alone was eating while giving me my consultation and cutting my hair. I will definitely not be returning, even if the haircuts would be free.

Have been to gusto a few times, always happy with the end result, however on a few occasions I have experienced the stylist Being very opinionated. I completely get that they know best, however on two occasions now I have experienced them just not listening to what I want at all, from the cut to the actual blow dry. Really frustrates me because I asked for it to be blow dried a certain way because I know my hair best and they do it there way so it looks great when you leave the salon but a few hours later it just looks out of place. And funny how the stylist critiqued how my hair was cut previously, when it was done at the same place, but one of their colleagues. Just start listening to your clients preferences more, they know their hair better!
