Wasn't asked if the temperature was ok before the girl applied a free 'treatment' bc of a long wait. I had to step in to say it was a bit too hot and could she turn it down a little. She stopped to apply product and when she turned the water back on it was so scalding hot it felt cold. I had to shout saying how scalding it was and all she did was turn it off. No apology whatsoever and was nearly in tears from the burn. Staff are unprofessional, complained about other customers in front of us.

Do not attend this salon! If you’re looking for a cosy place with friendly hairdressers , do not come here. I was very disappointed not only with the tiny salon that steamed of bleach but also of the experience with Joseph, the hairdresser. Joseph was unprofessional and rude, let alone was eating while giving me my consultation and cutting my hair.
I will definitely not be returning, even if the haircuts would be free.
