Great highlights but there was no heater so it took forever for the bleach to process. This would have been fine with me but the next client turned up before I’d had them washed out which meant my haircut was very fast and I’m not sure I got my deep conditioning treatment - if I did have it, it was rinsed out straight away.
Still a really knowledgable, kind stylist and good highlights.

Wasn't asked if the temperature was ok before the girl applied a free 'treatment' bc of a long wait. I had to step in to say it was a bit too hot and could she turn it down a little. She stopped to apply product and when she turned the water back on it was so scalding hot it felt cold. I had to shout saying how scalding it was and all she did was turn it off. No apology whatsoever and was nearly in tears from the burn. Staff are unprofessional, complained about other customers in front of us.
