Great highlights but there was no heater so it took forever for the bleach to process. This would have been fine with me but the next client turned up before I’d had them washed out which meant my haircut was very fast and I’m not sure I got my deep conditioning treatment - if I did have it, it was rinsed out straight away. Still a really knowledgable, kind stylist and good highlights.
