Good cut but the junior who washed my hair didn’t do it properly and soaked my entire back and had to dry it off with a hairdryer. More training needed there. I usually look forward to that part of my visit so that was a bit of a disappointment!

I guess the price was pretty good for the treatment itself, however the experience wasn’t the greatest. The hairdresser barely spoke or connected with me and rushed through the process pretty fast. He didn’t ask me if I was happy with the result or if I was trying to achieve something in particular. I felt the product has been distributed unevenly on my hair and with poor attention. I hope is gonna last and I didn’t waste my money.
