Treatments took much longer than normal. I was there for so long that I had to rush off in the end and didn't have time for the blow dry that I had paid for. But pretty pleased with cut and colour!

Awful experience, if you have curly hair avoid this place. They have no clue how to handle curly hair. I paid so much money to walk away with wet hair and the colour I didnt even want. I'm not usually someone that complains but I had to warn others with curly hair so they save themselves a hefty £200.

Very cramped salon, loved my hair when it was cut at the salon - come home and see I’ve got a section that hasn’t been cut the same length as the rest of my hair. Ridiculous
Should’ve gone with my gut instinct and gone to rush instead 🙃
