I arrived at the venue, 10 minutes before my appointment, yet somehow still was not attended to for another 40 minutes. Once I was in the chair, it felt as though the stylist was in a rush, this resulted in him only layering one side of my hair and leaving the other as is. When I asked questions, I was made to feel like I don’t know what I’m talking about. So instead I was left with one side significantly shorter than the other. Worst cut I’ve had in London.

Genuinely the best Brazilian blow dry I’ve had in London! My hair is about a tenth of its usual size (I have very dry, coarse, frizzy hair which kinks straight from the root). I can actually let it dry naturally and go out without styling it which is unheard of. Will definitely be going back again

Very good haircut. It’s a very small salon and staff were a little stressed (a bit close to Christmas), so would probably recommend Gusto Covent Garden over this branch, but still a great haircut!

Not a great experience. All felt very rushed - appointment started late and it was all over pretty quickly. I didn’t feel like much care was taken with the actual cut and my scalp was almost burnt from the hairdryer on multiple occasions, it was so painful I had to pull away! Good value for the package but definitely not worth it. Spend more and get something better - it felt very budget.
