Felt like this was a rushed job and they wanted me out of the salon as quick as possible. Gave pictures to the stylist of what I would like done, this was ignored mainly. I asked for a few layers to be put in and they said they would do them but then didn’t. When blow drying my hair no product was applied to protect it from heat bearing in mind my hair is bleach blonde and needs it. The salon itself was also rather unclean and hair trimmings were on the counters. It’s a real shame because the staff seemed really nice but I was not happy with the haircut I got.

I arrived at 10.50 for an appointment at 11am & the salon was shut. 2 other customers also turned up. After calling the other salon, we were informed someone was on their way, so it was a bad start. We eventually got started by 11.15. But my Stylist was good. He did a great job. Took on board my requests & was finished by 12 so all worked out well. Thank you.
