I didn’t mind waiting as they were running late. My haircut took 10 min, but when I looked at it and asked for shorter, all I got was “sorry we don’t have time to redo the whole thing” even though it would have meant spending another 10 min, and we were still within my 40 min slot. The fact that I waited patiently and was rewarded with “sorry we don’t have time to give you what you want” left a really bad taste. I walked away with something I was not happy with and barely a haircut.
