I was really impressed. I have thick, coarse, curly hair and people don't always know how to cut it well. Georgina was experienced, made suggestions, gently pushed back if I suggested something, explaining why she would suggest something else. Gave me advice on how to care for my hair. She also did a beautiful blow dry and somehow managed to get it curly too. I also had a moisturising treatment - all included in the £33 price. I would not have believed it had I not seen for myself.

I showed up 15 minutes early and Georgiana saw me straight away, and was sensitive to the fact that I had to leave on time for a meeting!

Felt like this was a rushed job and they wanted me out of the salon as quick as possible. Gave pictures to the stylist of what I would like done, this was ignored mainly. I asked for a few layers to be put in and they said they would do them but then didn’t. When blow drying my hair no product was applied to protect it from heat bearing in mind my hair is bleach blonde and needs it. The salon itself was also rather unclean and hair trimmings were on the counters. It’s a real shame because the staff seemed really nice but I was not happy with the haircut I got.
