I was a little surprised when I turned up to Gusto as Rafaelle was the hairdresser assigned to me as opposed to Anna who was named on my confirmation. I was however pleasantly surprised as there was no waiting time from I arrived to when I was seated to get my hair washed. Head massage was really good!!! Haircut was great as I never really have an idea of what to do with my hair and usually ask for a just a trim. Rafaelle was great in making suggestions and the final result was amazing! Would definitely go back!

My hairdresser was Rafaele. He did a great job and I have had many compliments since my hair cut. The deep conditioning scalp massage was to-die-for. I would definitely go back just for it.

The haircut was poor, there is not much else to say about it. The layers I wanted just aren't there and I am beginning to think maybe I should have gone somewhere more expensive with the hope of being pleased with a fresh cut (first time in a long long time!). Customer service - poor, ambience - poor. And I got my hair washed next to a smelly bin on a hot day. Enough said.
