I arrived for my appointment 30mins early by accident, and with little else to do I went in anyway and suggested I could just sit with my book until they were ready. Instead they had someone see to me straight away and were really great about it.
The stylist (never got her name) was lovely, did the normal chit chat but seemed to notice early one I wasnt giving much back (never been great at small talk) and left it there without any pressure to force a conversation.
I asked for a basic trim, she asked how much I wanted off, and on her first cut she showed me the hair taken off to verify that was the length I meant. It was spot on, and also nice to make sure she was taking the extra effort to make sure everything was perfect.
Cut was quick, and then it came to blow dry. I normally have my hair just natural and now a big fan of being all done up.
So I asked for just a little bit wavy, and that was exactly what I got. It still looked styled, but not so big that Id feel silly having a couple of cans with a few friends later.
Its a small, busy salon, but if you want a good cut with good service without any faff, then I found it perfect.

Weird place to go as first but really good surprise at the end. Raphaele was brilliant, he definitely know how to cut hair.

The overall experience was great and I love the colour of my hair. The hairdresser went a little OTT with the straighteners but other than that I have no complaint. Will definitely be going back!

I was a little surprised when I turned up to Gusto as Rafaelle was the hairdresser assigned to me as opposed to Anna who was named on my confirmation. I was however pleasantly surprised as there was no waiting time from I arrived to when I was seated to get my hair washed. Head massage was really good!!! Haircut was great as I never really have an idea of what to do with my hair and usually ask for a just a trim. Rafaelle was great in making suggestions and the final result was amazing! Would definitely go back!
