The manager called me 1h30min before my appointment asking if I could arrive 15-30min earlier, which I did. When I arrived at the salon, the stylist that I had made an appointment with was busy with another customer, so I ended up with another stylist. I didn't catch the name of my stylist (she was from Latvia, that's all I know), but I really liked her advice, the haircut was nice and a friend of mine told me that the blow dry was really good. My friend even asked me for the salon's details.
Probably the best set of highlights I have ever had, and I've been coloring my hair for years. The guy that did it was so thorough and the result is amazing, no roots showing and look really natural. It did take rather longer than I was hoping (3 hours - yikes, my hair is an ear length bob) but it was worth it. I ran out of time to stay for a cut or blow dry so can't review those but the colour was outstanding as was the value for money.
I went to Gusto on Thursday evening having booked for a conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry. To be honest, all I really wanted was a wash and blow dry and so I told this to Rafaelle who was my stylist. We agreed he would just take off the very ends as a tidy up as I didn't really need a cut - he was very friendly, understanding and complimentary about my hair and what I wanted. The end result was great. Brilliant value for money and a unexpectedly good experience- I can't say thank you enough to Rafaelle and will be sure to go back if the opportunity arises.
