Great value and service at Gusto for these midweek discounts. The guys are great and skilled and everybody is very nice and accommodating. So handy in Soho and also great for booking last minute. I keep going back.

I arrived at the salon on time, but had to wait 40 mins to be seen which I wasn't impressed with, as I had another appointment to get to after this and the staff didn't seem to care just blamed it on other customers arriving late ahead of me. The stylist didn't speak very good english which made it difficult to explain what I wanted. I had a full colour and whilst the shade was ok the application was very messy and I ended up with brown blobs of colour down my face and on my ears which the stylist attempted to clean up at the end of my appointment but were still on me 24 hrs later. The hair stylist next to me kept spraying me with water when dampening his clients hair as you are almost sat on top of each other. I found the ambience to be one of chaoticness and there didn't seem to be a manager there to keep some sort of control. The towels were dirty and I had to sit on a chair where the previous client had just been and her hair was all over the chair and floor which I had to clean myself. Would not recommend this place at all.

Raffaele did a great job. I am very happy with my hair cut and blow dry. I also received a very relaxing head massage. All the team is very friendly and ready to help.

Great as usual. Color was lovely and lasted very well, I absolutely loved it. Blow-dry was well done as well. Thanks again for a wonderful moment :)
