Very happy, loved my cut and colour. Staff were friendly. Really good value with the 60% off. Only part that I would complain about is being charged extra for "long hair" when mine is quite far above my shoulders.

Despite, my appointment being about 40 minutes late, the staff was attentive and I was continuously asked if I needed anything, apologized to and given 10% off. My hair was then cut by John who took great care and cut my hair perfectly to what would suite me and recommended what style would give my hair more volume. I love my hair now and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Always amazing value, always great for booking last minute or in advance. Being able to come here for the midweek discounts is definitely one of the advantages of not working 9-5!

Great value and service at Gusto for these midweek discounts. The guys are great and skilled and everybody is very nice and accommodating. So handy in Soho and also great for booking last minute. I keep going back.
