Such a great salon, really organised and the staff are lovely and polite. My treatment was fantastic, I had highlights and a cut and blow-dry, all or which my stylist did perfectly. One very happy customer!

I booked the full head of highlights with a cut and blow dry offer. Booking was easy enough. This was my first appointment at Gusto and I would definitely recommend it to others. The salon was easy to locate - situated close to many theatres - great if you want to multitask. The only snag in the day and the reason for not giving 5 stars was my colourist booked didn't attend for my appointment time which meant I was an hour late starting and as a result did miss my train home resulting in purchasing a new ticket. However, the team apologised and offered a discount which was greatly appreciated ( contributed to the new train ticket) and George - another colourist allocated to me and general hair wondermaker was very attentive. He listened to what I wanted for my colour and made me feel so comfortable I went for a shorter cut than I initially intended. I felt at ease straight away and George really understood my hair and hair needs - very thin highlights and I was amazed at the final result. I can't thank him enough. Great head and neck massage included along with travel tips around Athens and no hard selling of products - just good, simple hair care advice. I will definitely return, but maybe phone ahead/ not make tight travel plans to ensure no delays.

Best colour I have had in a long time , can't fault it. No waiting, refreshments and a brilliant cut , colour and blow dry . Will definitely return.
