Paid for wash, conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry. I had my hair washed, but there was no conditioning treatment and no mention of it. Fortunately I didn't pay a lot, so I wasn't too bothered. But I would have been disappointed if I'd paid more for the experience. Not sure I'll go back.

After initial mix up with booking (person who I had booked on Treatwell was not in) and staff not really sure what was going on (one or two newcomers) I was very pleased with the service and attention I received at Gusto. John was helpful, polite and clearly very experienced. Not having been to Gusto previously I was concerned about having colour treatments, but I was thrilled with the results and would certainly recommend him highly. I also appreciated that due complications with booking, I was not charged £35 extra for root colour which I was given to understand was not included in the original deal advertised by Treatwell. Overall, very satisfactory and certainly competitive prices for treatments on offer.
