The staff were really friendly & the guy who cut my hair was eager to please.. although I wasn't happy when I got home & saw how thin & dry the ends were (from being cut into & blow dried).

What a place, just simply put the best hair cut I've ever had. Really charming staff, and the salon itself has an edgy Soho vibe that works. Won't get much better than this even though the area is full of salons I think I've found the one for me. Seems they do deals from time to time but even at full price it's fantastic value and well worth it.

It must be noted that the staff member who cut my hair was very knowledgable and gave good tips for maintaining my hair. However, cleanliness and general hygiene was a sticking point for me. Whilst I understand that I cannot expect luxury at this price (although arguably £35 isn't 'cheap'), the ambience was not to my liking. The blow dry left my hair VERY dry and the hairdresser had to clean the combs etc in front of me which was disappointing. I wouldn't go here again unless I couldn't afford another place. Even with an extra £10 off the price, I felt the ambience and hygiene couldn't justify the 'value for money' for me.

I had a ladies wash, conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry with rafael and have awarded it 4 stars. The blow dry was superb.

The place was very nice and definitely best hair cut I have had as had more personality and the guy who cut my hair was very nice, polite but bubbly and cautious but creative.
Definitely go back there and would recommend people. The staff all were lovely and commented on my hair looked amazing as I had really long and cut to above shoulder.
