Overall a bad experience. The hairdresser decided after my hair wash and conditioning treatment that she wanted to charge me £10 extra as my hair was 'long' and not 'medium' (she didn't say a thing during the discussion before). They then showed me a chart with 5 classifications of length - really?? which they expected me to imagine while booking on Treatwell? Sadly, the haircut/trim is below average and the blow-dry was completely wrong! I told them I wanted it curled outside and they turned it inward.

Whole experience was excellent as normal and will continue to return to Gusto and recommend to friends. Colour turned out great and the consultants always listen to my requirements.
Carmel was a brilliant hairdresser. Wished I asked for layers and better fringe. Always next time. Most likely to go again
My hairdresser Dean was lovely and very good. It was great to have a glass of wine to help relax after work on a Friday while getting my hair done!
The stylist was very skilled and lovely, but as his previous client over ran, I felt as though he rushed my cut and blow dry to make up the time. My session was supposed to be 70minutes, but only took 40 minutes. Overall I'm happy with the cut, but it's not exactly what I wanted.
