Carla was lovely, masses of experience. Really friendly and gave me some great ideas for colours for my next visit. Very reasonably priced. I have a pixie cut and think it's so unfair to have to pay the same as those with long hair. Here the price was reflected in the hair length

First time here - i was booked in with one guy but someone else looked after me. Salon is small, cramped and the music was atrocious so loud and painful..luckily the hair dryers drowned it out. I was looked after by Mike and as they don't have juniors to wash your hair, he washed mine and proceeded to cut it. He initially used a big brush tangled with lots and lots of other ppl's brown/blonde hair which made me CRINGE!!! No matter how clean the hair on the brush may've been- it is just unhygenic and should NEVER be done and has never happened to me before. My hair is black but luckily he only used the brush on the lower part of my hair not my scalp!
He then used his own comb and he was very gentle and very good...my hair cut was great he made ti loook thicker and fuller by the way he cut it...he did this all in the slace of approx 50 minutes and i was seriously impressed and for that price you can't go wrong. Really happy with cut and him and would go back also.

Had highlights and cut done by John. He was very good, understood exactly what I wanted. It has been few days after the haircut and my hair still looks great! Love it. Will go back again. Great service and very good value for money.

Overall a bad experience. The hairdresser decided after my hair wash and conditioning treatment that she wanted to charge me £10 extra as my hair was 'long' and not 'medium' (she didn't say a thing during the discussion before). They then showed me a chart with 5 classifications of length - really?? which they expected me to imagine while booking on Treatwell? Sadly, the haircut/trim is below average and the blow-dry was completely wrong! I told them I wanted it curled outside and they turned it inward.

Whole experience was excellent as normal and will continue to return to Gusto and recommend to friends. Colour turned out great and the consultants always listen to my requirements.
