The stylist I had called john was fantastic. Quick and skilled and friendly. The place was quiet and had some kind of building work going on so that didn't really add to the ambience. But it was great value for money.
Couldn't be happier with the service, they showered me with beverages (including wine), and everyone was extremely attentive, making sure I was seen to for my every need. The cut and blow dry itself was the best I've had, literally ever. It was slightly discounted which made it all the more sweeter. I've recommend this place to all my friends, seems pretty popular so not quite my little secret London! Will most definitely be going back.
Booked a half head of highlights, cut & treatment. Highlights were ok. Treatment non existent as they used a conditioner only, which was meant to be a mask. They literally put it in some conditioner after shampooing & washed it out 1 min later. My hair didn't feel any healthier after that. When it comes to a cut, this was the worst part. I asked for a trim as I have been growing my hair for the last 6 months & ended up with a FRINGE!!! Really upset:((

Really great job - was very pleased with the blow dry. Extremely good value for money - will be going back soon.
I requested an inch or two off, what I got was one massive chop of about 4 (no going back after that) and then he continued to layer which resulted in an even shorter length. I felt sick at the time and wanted to leave, its growing on me (pardon the pun) but it was definitely much shorter than I would have liked. Lovely people however hair is so important so I doubt I'd re-visit.
