There wasn't much of a consultation but I was happy with the result. We didn't talk much throughout the treatment, but I quite enjoyed not having to make chit chat! Be a great place to go if your Italian as all the staff are constantly talking to on another in it. I was pleased with my hair and think the deal I purchased was great value for money.
