Really good value for money. Most places try to charge a bomb for cutting 'long hair' when all I ever need is a tidy up so really happy with the price. The day I visited however, was the same day one of their wash basin decided to have a paddy! There was water everywhere and although the staff were doing their very best to clear up the mess/fix the problem, my chair was in the middle of a puddle, my bag got wet and my hairdresser spent most of the haircut preoccupied with his colleagues who were mopping around my chair and talking to him about the issue =( other than this, lovely people, great atmosphere, just an unfortunate day

Ioanas was great meeting my requirements with a lot of attention to detail. The place is a little small but they put away my coat which was enough for me to be comfortable. Really liked all the experience from the consultation to the blow dry. It was a good experience.

I bought the voucher for half head of highlights, cut and blow-dry, when I got there the staff was very friendly and the girl supposed to do my hair also seemed very nice.
My hair is very long and I wanted to have some layers in addition to the colour. The girl did the colour first and the cut after. Once she was done she didn't show me the back and i didn't check it properly as I was in a hurry to leave. Once I got home one of my friends told me that something had gone drastically wrong and on close inspection I've realized that the cut is all over the place, the sides are a different length and the layers are really badly cut, it is even worse this morning after I've washed my hair.
I would like to point out that I am not overly fussy with my hair but I never had a hair cut this badly done and the worse thing is that I will have to fork out money to get it right.
Please do not risk it unless you know the person who is cutting your hair, I just don't think they are vetting their staff properly otherwise this would never have happened as this sis not a difficult cut to do.

I was running about 10 minutes late but they were extremely accommodating. I had ordered a conditioning treatment, which I would expected be massaged through with a hot towel etc like I previously had been used to, but it was more part of the hair wash.
The actual hair cut and the staff was amazing. She really took the time to talk to me about my hair and the style I wanted and checked in with me during the hair cut about certain layers etc. Will definitely be coming back!
