I was really pleased with the overall experience. My hair was in pretty bad condition due to dying it blonde for a long period of time and I've had really bad haircuts before, which is why I left it so long before getting trimmed. The staff were all lovely and the cut and blow dry I got was amazing, my hair doesn't feel lifeless anymore!

Yet again I had a great experience at Gusto. Carmel is a fantastic hairdresser. I left the salon exceptionally pleased with my highlights and cut. A great service and I would happily go back again.

I'm really disappointed to write this because I really liked the salon and the colour is really nice. My appointment was delayed 20 minutes though and I'm quite upset with my hair cut though. It's completely uneven, a LOT shorter than I asked for, especially at the front where I asked for soft graduation from my jaw and have ended up with chunks of different length hair that is uneven on both sides - one side starts from my eye and the other from my cheek. On reflection I should have complained at the time but I was really happy with the colour and thought my hair dresser was lovely so didn't. If this could be resurrected I would like to return because it's a nice salon and great value, but I'd be a bit nervous to do so if not.
